When a customer calls requiring assistance how do you approach a solution?

At Smart Messenger, our customer assistance approach revolves around understanding individual needs. We prioritise building strong connections with our clients to deliver a tailored service that adds real value to their email campaigns and wider marketing goals. When a call comes in, I aim to recognise and understand the caller's requirements quickly. Listening carefully and asking the right questions helps me grasp their needs accurately. Quite often, I can provide immediate solutions. If not, I'll explain what I'm planning to do to resolve their query and provide a timeframe for a follow-up call with a solution.
