Q3. What does a typical day look like?

There really is no typical day, which is part of what makes the role interesting. Much of my time is spent planning and delivering marketing activity for Smart Messenger, helping to raise awareness of our email marketing platform and services. This includes shaping campaign direction, creating content for our website and social media, overseeing our email marketing and preparing for upcoming business events.

Alongside my work on Smart Messenger, I also support customers with their email marketing and wider digital activity. This includes planning and delivering campaigns, refining messaging, creating supporting content such as website articles and social posts, copywriting for print materials and reviewing and refining client documents. Working closely with our Creative Director, Dave Hall, I help turn ideas into finished assets, acting as an extension of clients' teams to support and strengthen their overall marketing activity.
