Straight away, I focus on getting to know their business properly. I need to understand their objectives, who they are talking to and the results they are aiming for. Once I have that picture, I can put my strategy hat on and we can start planning campaigns that make a real impact.

Experience! I’ve worked with businesses across many industries, so I know how to tailor their email campaigns for different audiences. There are tried-and-tested approaches that deliver the results my clients are looking for. I enjoy sharing that knowledge because I know it will make a positive difference, and I get a real kick out of helping companies succeed.
