I provide guidance on campaign structure, ensure emails work across mobile, tablet and desktop and offer design expertise. I’ve worked in high-pressure environments here and abroad for engineering companies serving major motor brands, so I understand how important it is to portray your brand accurately, communicate key messages effectively and to make sure you get campaigns working perfectly.
Q3. You’ve been working with the platform for over a decade. Do you ever come across an issue with the software that you can’t solve?
No, I speak fluent Smart Messenger! The system is very user-friendly but anyone new will naturally run into things they’re unsure of. That’s why we offer training and unlimited support over the phone and email. It’s satisfying to help clients get comfortable with the platform and see great results from their campaigns.
