Tenant Exchange is a new free online home swap service developed by our colleagues at 101 Websites & Apps for social housing tenants across the UK.
The platform helps tenants explore mutual exchange opportunities by advertising their current home, setting preferences, browsing properties and finding potential matches. It offers an alternative to waiting for a suitable home to become available through the usual routes.
At Smart Messenger, we're pleased to support Tenant Exchange and help raise awareness of the service.
If you know someone living in social housing who is looking to move, Tenant Exchange could give them another way to explore their options.
