Some of the more common support issues are listed below. 

How do I log in to Smart Messenger

To log in go to  and remember to bookmark the page when it opens so you can find it again. Remember if you try to log in with an incorrect password 3 times the system will lock and you will need to reset your password.

I've forgotten my password

For security reasons your password is encrypted in our database so it can't be read it in English. You can reset the password and a new one will be provided for you by email. Use the link under the log in boxes when you are on the login page for full instructions.

Why do I need to verify my account

To prevent unauthorised use of your account we check that you are logging in from a known computer (IP) address. With a business broadband connection the IP address is usually static and therefore only needs to be done once. However, with domestic connnections it changes from time to time. When this happens we want to re-check that it is really you and therefore ask you to click an email link to prove who you are.
